The Tokyo Metropolitan Government (TMG) is the formal government of the Capital of Japan. This government is comprised of many divisions and bureaus that are responsible for the urban development, planning, public health and safety, construction, and more. There are many guiding programs and plans such as the City Planning Vision, Master Plan for housing, and more that leads Tokyo to its success and dedication to bettering the city for its residents, as well as remaining competitive with other countries worldwide.
